   Who IS in charge of the Colorado contributions ?  The article said (and
this is a quote) "they are being stored until it is decided how to work out
a program for distributing materials to the public." But, WHEN ? People are
rebuilding now & considering how hard it is to get some items, some of them
could be used now.
