Hey Syl,
 
The items are being stored at one of the volunteer camps.  A plan to
distribute the items is being worked on and I'll will post a notice when a
date is decided.  It is going to be soon as I understand it.  It is not
accurate that people are going to walk away with numerous building items.
There are some items that may be new, but much of it is used.

   Who IS in charge of the Colorado contributions ?  The article said (and
this is a quote) "they are being stored until it is decided how to work out
a program for distributing materials to the public." But, WHEN ? People are
rebuilding now & considering how hard it is to get some items, some of them
could be used now.
