Have your mother do the signing and get the form to the department of
recovery trailer (trailer K) in the govt parking lot.  I would do it soon-
the volunteer program has fallen behind the anticipated pace.

I checked the gutting list, and the house I signed up to have gutted is not
on it.  My mother is over sixty, and it was her house that I wanted to have
gutted.  I was told that since I also own a portion of the house I could
sign up for gutting without her.  Was the address removed from the list
because I signed up and I'm not over sixty?  What can I do now?
