Until the closing the new couple will not have documentation that proves
their ownership.  You can handle the issue of the list by getting the form
from the sbpg.net website and sending it in per the form's instructions.

My name is Tammy Showalter, my home is on the blighted list. I now live in
Texas and will not be returning to the parish to live. The home i had there
is in the process of being sold. a promisary note has already been signed
all we are waiting for is the SBA loan to go through for the couple that is
buying my property. So my question is since they are buying the home can
they go and have it removed or do i need to handle it since it is still in
my name? and how can i do it without having to go to the parish?
