[StBernard] title release

We are working on getting a SBA loan.  Need a clear title to our home. We
paid our home off in Jan., but still haven't got a release to get a clear
title. Mortgage co. said if was because the county hasn't released it yet.
Did anyone else have this problem? Does anyone know if there is something I
can do to speed up the process? Any advice will be appreciated.
