The house that you questioned about is not on either list because the owner
indicated an intent to clean it himself.  If you have contact with him, let
him know-  he could have signed the wrong form. Come August 29, the house
will be added to the blighted list for parish action if he does nothing, but
if he intended to demo the house he probably signed the wrong form.
