i'm having the same problem with the court house. they say the mortgage when
the builder build our home was never canceled. of course my builder doesn't
have his paper work. they also say when we re finaced in 1993 that that
mortgage was not canceled I have my hud statement showing it was paid off.
they won't except that. they want a paid off statement from fleet mortgage
which doesn't exist now. wish you luck, i'm npt having any.
