Josie,
I'm glad you did not take offense at my post because it wasn't meant that
way.

Obviously you can't rent and take a loss. I hope the LRA money will be of
use to you.

Jim

-----------------------------------------------------
Thanks for the info Jim. I am aware of the LRA plan for rental
owners but
they have not set up the application form as of this date. I will
most like
need them since I did not have flood insurance. I am in a NO flood
zone
(joke now) and a single parent, so that was my reason for not having
flood
ins.

At this time, I have not set a price for rent since I don't know
what the
insurance on the house will be and I haven't completed the work yet.
( I am
doing the work myself so who knows when I will be ready) I have
estimated so
far with the mortgage, taxes, (insurance pre storm) the amount is at
$850 a
month. I do not want to take advantage of anyone but I can not
affoard to
lose here. I will wait till I hear from the insurance company before
I set
my rental price.

Again, I just pray for the end of this nightmare!

Josie
