M/M Rosenberger,

Based on your information- the less than 50% damage grandfathers you in and
your permits applied for documents the start of the repair process.

Good luck and God Bless,
Craig

We are so confused are finally ready to start on house.

Question: Do we have rto aise (grandfathered in) or not?
Facts:
House built 1970-1972
Structural engineer report states less than 50% damage with foundation 2 ft
above street level Buccaneer Villa South - flood zone A - slab home (2513
Jean Lafitte) enginner on file and eletrical permit status "will call -
file" at courthouse FEMA calls for 3 ft above? Can flood cancel or increase
to outrageouse rates in future?

Any way to get "concrete" answer?

Thanks
Debby & Steve Rosenberger
