   My son lives on Meraux Lane, close to St. Bernard Highway.  His property
butts the cow pasture.  The grass in the pasture is very high, harboring
mice, snakes & other critters.  Who is responsible for cutting the grass ?
Seems as if it should be the Meraux Foundation.  Can you please check into
this ?  Thanks,
