"In a July 28 letter to Rodriguez and other officials, Louisiana ACLU
Executive Director Joe Cook said that the government promotion of a patently
religious symbol on a public waterway is a violation of the Constitution's
First Amendment, which prohibits government from advancing a religion."

**Might I remind Mr. Cook that we'll have to take down all crosses in every
cemetery and those in Arlington, VA and other Fed. Parks, etc. Because he
doesn't like God.
I knew this crap would happen on MR. COOK'S alleged "waterways" scheme for
the memorial. Removing God's symbols is going to put parish
residents/parish's displaced at odds with his ignorant self and St. Bernard
Parish "on the CNN Map". Too bad I'm not in a confrontational pull with Mr.
Cook. Personally, I'll take Jesus' face over his any day. What a tripe he is
to pull this one during a disaster/recovery.
