I just wonder how he stayed out of bed with URG and the rest of the smelly
contracts in the new and improved (vacant) St. Bernard.  Which one rejected
the other as sleaze?

I work at the UNO Information Technology Center.  It will be interesting to
see if the roofing job holds up.  From a personal experience with him as my
councilman & his actions after losing the election,  I wouldn't approach him
for anything !
