I am with KAthy on this one..  Where was the US government when we were
pulling our people out of the water to save them.  
Most people in St. Bernard are very religious and we all have our
beliefs...no matter where we put up a monument or if we do put up a
monument, NO one should be able to tell us where we can hang a cross on
private property.  IF the government wants to buy the MRGO and all of our
property with all of this mess,,,then go ahead and buy it all up at
PRE-Katrina prices and we will throw in the cross for FREE....
