The ACLU gets involved in such matters so that they can recruit other idiots
that share their beliefs, and at the same time, try to "shake-down" those
individuals that are returning.  The one easy way to put the ACLU out of
business is to take away their tax exempt status, which would greatly reduce
their frivilous lawsuits, which usually results in their filing fewer
lawsuits.
