I, too, had AIMS and a date spray painted on our house.  My dad did as well.
Prior to demolition of our house, I noticed two women walking around the
property.  When I questioned them, they told me they were with the AIMS
group.  They were supposed to be inspecting the property prior to
demolition.  They weren't very articulate.  I believed them to be affiliated
with whoever is doing the demolition work.  Probably just another waste of
the tax-payer's money by FEMA!
