He can use any electrician to file a will call permit to have it done and
then if he changes electricians the new electrician can file another.

   Just saw the news.  Please tell me if I understand this correctly.  In
order to qualify for LRA money and not have to raise your house, you have to
file for permits before Sep 1 (if the Council adopts the base advisory
levels).  Other than electrical, what other permits must be filed ? I know
building permits are not required at this time. My son is having trouble
getting electrical estimates and doesn't want to just hire anyone just to
have his permit filed.  Is there other permits than he can file for ?
