Craig, I have already posted this, and I am posting agian, since I have not
heard from you. I have called and left messages with your office and have
posted on the da-parish.  Could you please help me.

I have put in a call to your office today, but I figure I may get a faster
response if I were to email.
I lived at 4400 Colony Drive, I have gutted, cleaned, made sure of windows,
doors, etc. to be in compliance with the parish.  Unfortunately, we are
unable to return and therefore have our home up for sale.  Now I am reading
that if we do not apply for some type of permit to rebuild by 8/29 we are
not grandfathered in and will have to raise the home 3 ft above the ground.
What I need to know is this true and if so how is this going to affect us
when we sell the home.  I need some type of answers since 8/29 is around the
corner.  We are in Alabama and it is not easy for us to keep coming home due
to my husbands job.  Can you please either email and give me some help or
