I purchased the house next door to me and plan to convert it into a
garage/workshop. Community development requires a resubdivision to combine
the two lots. The surveys I have going back 35 yrs were done by Estopinal
who has relocated to Baton Rouge I'm told. Any suggestions on surveyors
and/or average costs of same would be appreciated.
