[StBernard] Permit needed?

My house is accessed at 10-30% damaged . IT was built in 1989. I've already
got my plumbling inspection passed and my gas meter put in. Do I still need
a Katrina permit? I figured  I should be grandfathered in. Just want to be
sure. I don't want no surprises after the 29th telling me I have to raise.
Thanks for all the great info I been receiving, and hope you can clear this
up for me.     WOC
