Walter Leger with LRA was speaking on the WWL Radio this am and mentioned

everyone must APPLY for the LA Road Home assistance even though you have
REGISTERED.

However, he did say the portion of the application form which requests
financial information (i.e, bank account, investments,life insurance etc)
DOES NOT have to be filled in.

That portion of the form was inserted by ICF(company hired by state to
implement the process) for some individuals who may have lived in a small
house.  The small home may be valued at 50,000 and if they only receive
50,000 from LRA of course today they could not purchase another home for the
same value, therefore ICF MAY LOAN them funds to purchase another home.
