 Que' Lastima!

The parish website is AGAIN down. Is it ineptness, negligence, etc. allowing
hacking, miscues, etc? It's been down as much as it's been running. Heads
should roll being the true communication we have left and this wouldn't have
happened pre-Katrina. This past year's leaders should have been atop of the
situation at the onset. What a travesty. Only in St. Bernard have we seen
