[StBernard] Monitoring Wells

Hey, Westley:

We saw the message from your service regarding groundwater monitoring wells
in the yard at 3212 Gallo Drive. There is one there, and our guys also saw a
similar one in the yard at 3016 Lyndell. Neither one of these were part of
Murphy's testing of groundwater that was done earlier in the year. All of
the monitoring wells that we were involved with were on public property and
have been properly closed.

We are trying to determine who drilled the two wells in question and will
report back if we find out anything.
