Hate to tell you my dishwasher wan't high and dry!  I did have some keys
though in a container called Lock & Lock on the kitchen counter.  They were
bone dry when we finally got back to the  house and the remotes to the
vehicles still worked.  Have purchased several larger container by Lock &
Lock and have secured my important paperwork in them.  I grab the container
and run next time.  The bank box in St. Bernard flooded so that wasn't even
a good idea.
