from the demo contractor.  the parish does not have a requirement of the
slabs at this point.

My Home in Lexington was demolished on 8 Jul. How do I get a "Demolition
Certificate" that I can provide to my Insurance company? I have been asked
by my Insurance Company to provide one for policy changes. Also, Is there a
Parish requirement in place requiring homeowners of demolished homes to also
remove the foundation? It seems to be a requirement before I can get my ICC
funds approved to do that removal work.
