[StBernard] Oil Zone Demolitions Need to Sign-Up Again

After reading one of the replys that Craig Taffaro made, I gather that those
of us that are in the Murphy Oil Zone and wish to have our house demolished
must now re-apply.  It seems like this is Year II of making the Katrina
victims jump through hoops.  Will there even be a plan that all government
entities stick to?
