What is the status of the proposed $10 million the Council agreed to apply
for?
 
It was my understanding (and please clarify if incorrect) that the loan
would enable the parish to start doing repair work on government bldgs,
etc., which the Parish would then be able to apply to FEMA for
reimbursement.
 
I haven't read anything recently about this and was curious.
