Also, if funds are obtained for the parish, via the 10 mill loan for
refurbishing **parish** facilities, I don't think it's quite kosher to
divert *parish* funds to a state community-college-system entity.  Remember,
we found out the Bush-Clinton (I believe) Fund and the Laura Bush fund were
for re-establishing school libraries.  I would think if Nunez needed add'l
funds those would be available through the c.c. system.
