[StBernard] Anyone heard anything about this?

Just found out from my agent that effective 9/1/06, State Farm will exclude
wind and hail from their homeowners policies on all new or transfer
policies. So if you are deciding not to move back to your flooded home, they
will write you a supplemental policy for wind and hail. 
 
There appear to be no forewarning on this move. I couldn't find an
announcement in the paper nor on their website.
