[StBernard] Road Home program should work to pick up payout pace

They made me redo mine. Others were mailed out to complete. One rep told me
that they were scrambling last week to recover files that were on computers.

The bottom line? If we BELIEVE that our app is in the works being handled,
we shouldn't bank on it because the glitch that the "honorable" state of LA
forsees is about as rock solid as quicksand. Never, never, never trust your
first instinct because "Ass-u-me" is in the works. 

Nothing like waiting until March to find out they don't have your info in
the queue. 

If one thing Katrina has taught us (and this we can bank upon): Be
proactive, never say never, don't accept the word of someone who can always
be trusted and push until it hurts.

We from St. Bernard has been forged: stronger, smarter and unfortunately
because of the frustration, anger and disrespect: optimistically (hopefully)
guarded/cautious.
