Craig:

As instructed, I am writing to follow-up my earlier emails concerning the
HUGE pile of debris at the corner of Genie and Gallo Drive. Evidently one
of the groups tore the house down several months ago, and the debris remains
and is spilling over into the street. At night, you can usually see a rat
or two running back and forth across the street. The problem actually
extends along Genie Street from Gallo to Corinne. For some reason Genie
Street seems to get passed over every week. Also, there is one single pile
of storm related debris on the neutral ground in the first block of Corinne
Estates. This is not new construction debris. It is from a house that was
finally sold and gutted, yet every week (five as of today) URG passes this
pile up. Once this pile is removed, the entire neutral ground in the first
block will be perfectly clear and there should not be any further "storm
debris". Can you provide assistance in having this debris removed?

The neighborhood association is doing its best to have everyone place their
debris in bags and cans so that they are picked up weekly. Kudos to the
parish workers for their fine efforts in insuring that all bagged trash (or
trash in garbage cans) are being picked up faithfully every Tuesday and
Friday. Everyone in the neighborhood appreciates their efforts.

John R.
