If your son suspects drug activity at a particular trailer, try calling the
Sheriff's drug hot line, 271-DOPE.  I'm assuming they have it working again
after the storm.

The security guards at the gate are rent-a-cops and are just there
collecting a pay check.

My son just moved in to one of those trailer parks and he said there ARE
people from the 9th ward living in there.  You can't tell the security
guards about the drug activity because they are in with them, too.
