Thanks for the kind words, Jim.  I believe to even argue or debate this
issue gives legitimacy to the France Road business interests that they could
have a point.  Debate is for high school students being judged in a
competition by their English teacher.  Besides, what's that old saying that
goes...."if you argue with a fool, how can you be sure if people watching
can tell who's the fool?"

I believe my "wager" to them bring home the point.  When dealing with fools
and idiots you basically have to present them with a "put up or shut up"
scenario.
