Hey, Westley:

You got it exactly right - our prime motivation for wanting to buy property
in the four-street area is to put some distance between out operating
equipment and our neighbors. 

And, like you said, we may use some of that property for an office building,
warehouse space, or parking lot, but NOT for process equipment. 

Hope this helps clarify matters.
