Although I rarely agree with Lynn Dean's ideas, I do remember where he
suggested that the parish purchase some equipment which could be used to
recycle old tires for various uses such as blacktopping.  If such equipment
exists, with the number of tires lying around the parish (Colonial Drive for
example), wouldn't FEMA foot the bill for the equipment?  This would benefit
all of us, including the clean-up crews and the environmentalists.
