Has anyone been an eyewitness to the huge truck tires being dumped in the
subdivisions with medians? There is a stretch of Corinne that must have 10
of these things strewn about. My friends in Lexingto said they are having
the same problem and heard it is the debris contractors who don't want to
pay for disposing of these tires.

Craig- is there a special phone no. to call in truck tires.

Anyone actually seen evidence of who is doing this?
