[StBernard] The G-N-O-F-H-A-C

It's almost as though one can expect a second wave of "white flight" --
should the GNOFHAC have their way in the court's decision to "balance" and
enforce the "rule of law" of "more equal rights than not" to renters whose
mission it is to eliminate the 93 percentages of homeowners. Then once the
cat is out of the bag, mass migration will begin (if not beforehand by those
of any clear vision). It is IMHO, that the agenda of these organizations is
not solely to gain equality but to begin the movement of a "newer" New
Orleans East in St. Bernard Parish.

Hence once, the migration begins, so does true racial inequality followed by
the injustices toward homeowners who will be forced to leave and join their
brothers and sisters away from the parish. What a pity that the calamity of
the first storm has to be followed by a blasphemy of a second because
renters want to have their way or march in any case it doesn't fall in line
with their wishes. I've spoken on this before, and you can bet that the
liberals/liberal media, the U.S. government and Supreme Court will be side
on such a sick brand of justice where folks just wish to have the freedom
they enjoyed subsequent to the storm. The homeowners will be replaced with
"East New Orleans" flair of renters who love loud parties, doping and trash.

Westley,

the GNOFHAC made no attempts to contact the council, attend any meetings,
speak to any council members, or any other contact. The goal of the GNOFHAC
is clearly to incite dissent and to misrepresent the information that is
part of the ordinance and the motivation of such.

I hope you understand the agenda of this organization and their use of half
truths, spin, and outdated information to accomplish their mission to
disrupt the orderly recovery of St. Bernard.

The council members have committed to seeing that property integrity and the
re-establishment of owner occupancy remains the norm and not the exception
and that people who have invested in the return of the parish will not have
their property values pulled from under them by developers who are in the
business of a quick profit and not concerned about the long term interest in
the recovery and redevelopment of the parish.

By the way, the GNOFHAC failed to mention that there are about 850 rental
units already approved and hundreds more that are under consideration.

The basic HUD mission and all housing strategies have been and continue to
emphasize home ownership and support a move away from dense clusters of
poverty and rental units.

Thanks for putting the information out to the public.

God Bless,
Craig
