[StBernard] Updated Condemnation list

[Westley Annis]

I want to know how my neighbor was able to remove his house from the
condemnation list without it being gutted, a piece of plywood over the front
door, and 4' tall grass in the back yard.  How long does he have before he
has to actually clean and secure the house?

office had
