you mentioned two houses on a property-  if the property is not zoned R1
then the property is not subject to the newly passed ordinance.  Send me

As soon as we finish restoring our home to live in, we are going to start
working on the 2nd house on our property.  It was not zoned as rental
property Pre-K and I wondered what we would need to do in order to make it
