[StBernard] Modular Homes

	Anything new going on in St Bernard about the modular homes. I am
concern for all the people who have purchased them and may not have been
faced with the cost of homeowners insurance yet.

	Info  on modular insurance - 
	Receved info from someone that has purchased a modular home from
company in Arabi. It seems that this company has an insurance company that
will insure them at a much lower price than the homeowners previous
insurance carrier.
