I had the appt today with my parents...just curious for those who have met
their evaluator of their home...any hint as to what they were using for
price for square footage...and whether they valued a gutted house versus a
demolished house differently? 

The lady we met with threw our $130/sq foot which seem pretty high...just
curious if anyone has had an offer and what it was.
