Someone said they heard Walter Leger, say 130 sq.ft for small houses, 150
sq.ft for large. Which both sound good to me. They said also that he did not
state what qualify's for a small or large house. Did not hear this myself so
do not want to start rumors. If anyone can verify this please do.
