This is one of your neighbors, and it's funny that you post this because I
heard something similar this week too!
Not about a buffer zone, but that the oil spill map had been expanded our
way, all the way to Paul Dr in Cypress Gardens.
That would entitle Judy Dr to the oil spill money, not necessarily a
buy-out.
I don't know if either is true, but I plan to look into it.  Let me know if
you hear any more.
