the proposed area from Murphy does not include Blanchard Dr.  The area
currently is from St. Bernard Hwy. to the 20 arpent canal from the plant to
Lena Dr.

If anyone knows the areas Murphy intends to purchase, I am especially
interested in knowing if BLANCHARD DRIVE is included in their buy out
