Dear Members,

Election Day is one week away. Now is the time to urge our politicians to
remember to help New Orleans and south Louisiana. Your U.S. Representative
in the House is up for re-election!

your Member of Congress that:

-- New Orleans and south Louisiana were damaged by the federal government's
Army Corps of Engineers' water projects

-- It is clearly the federal government's duty and responsibility to assist
in the recovery

-- It makes economic sense to rebuild New Orleans and to restore south
Louisiana's coastal wetlands which provide a natural barrier to storm surge
