[StBernard] St. Bernard expels roadside vendors

Well, Westley, now that you say that the area I'm talking about is the 
border of Orleans and St.Bernard.  I guess we will have to wait forever for 
Orleans to do it.  I'm sure that's the least of their concerns and I'm sure 
they don't care what it looks like. Most people in Orleans will never have 
see this, only the people entering St. Bernard will have to look at it. 
There is no way for us to move this clean up it along?  Will we have to wait

for New Orleans to get around to it?
