	People should be prepared just like before to be dazzled with great
concepts
	by the Duany group, but should come prepared to inquire about who
and how
	will this become a reality.  This is not the only plan or proposal
on the
	table.  For the 250,000 that this plan cost the LRA it should have
been
	complete with a plan of funding and a map of how to access it.
	

In other words, its still in the 'Dream BIg' stage?
