Congratulations Ms. Doris Voitier on receiving the
award of City Business Woman of the Year. I heard
personally your heart-rendering account of the lives
you and Mr. Warner saved by manning the Chalmette High
shelter during and after the storm. Your courage and
know-how in such a dire situation are to be commended
