I will give an updta to the light situation next week.  The goal right now
is to light as many of the poles that are in place and powered while the
long term replacement strategy will take some time.  We have also requested
that the light issue be made a top priority by the administration and there
is a plan being discussed with entergy about the use of more temporary
lighting where residents are living until the perm poles can be fixed.
