		And Craig, this is why I think we must have a change next
year in the Parish executive.  There is too much to do w/out the branches
acting together.  Also, I like the idea that Mr. Henderson (?) came up with,
with the volunteer captains in his district.  Perhaps that' s something that
could be considered for each district.
