	LRA.  They
	consider the property abanded.  Also, my agent said as of three
weeks ago,
	any renewal of policies for Allstate and State Farm will have a
separete
	plolicy for hail and wind which is very expensive.  
	

Hail and wind separate? Whats left? Why dont they just call it 'fire only '.
